Artificial Intelligence reaches patient customer service thanks to Vi-Clone Corp. They are responsible for the installation and running of five Vi-Clone terminals in the Olivé Gumà Clinic in Barcelona. 

The Vi-Clone Points are fixed information points that allow interface with a personalised virtual agent, they answer questions and provide information in the same way that a person would. They have such a real human appearance, it’s hard to believe that they are made up of pixels, since they are virtual clones of real people.

The French and German television consultants, The WIT and Allscreenz respectively, recently published the TV Web Report, a report that analyses online strategies of 100 television channels from all over the World.

Vi-Clone heads the list of influential online strategies in the Spanish market.

The WIT recognizes Vicky Vi-Clone as an interesting example of online strategy. She is the virtual assistant on the website of the television series, Becari@s on Telecinco.
